Dear reader,

In this Nemetschek Scia News we have 1 major announcement...

The Nemetschek Structural Group members are proud to reveal the winners of the eighth edition of their User Contest titled "Inspirations in Engineering". 

We sincerely congratulate all winners and wish to thank every participant individually for their proven achievements by using the software of the Nemetschek Structural Group.

This year’s contest showcases exceptional achievements and innovative works from the world’s top engineering and construction professionals. More international than ever; the contest was open to all Scia Engineer, Allplan Engineering, Allplan Precast, Frilo Statics and Glaser -isb cad- users. No less than 127 projects submitted by 97 outstanding engineering organizations passed the contest requirements and will be or have been built in 28 different countries.

 
     
         
 

About the Jury

An independent, international jury of nine engineering specialists from industry, research and education evaluated the submitted projects in all categories by their originality, complexity, technical level, use of an Open BIM workflow and finally the deployment of the software.

The Nemetschek Structural Group awarded the total of € 9,000; each winner receives a prize of € 1,500.
